Sports Entrance Tunnels or Event Tents?

A sports tunnel defines a passage; an event tent provides a different kind of occupied space. Start with the intended activity and site layout. This supplier-evaluation guide does not confirm InflatCraft event tent capability, and every tunnel or tent proposal needs project-specific feasibility and venue review.

Specify a sports tunnel from the inside out

A custom inflatable tunnel introduces circulation requirements that do not apply to a purely decorative character. Start with the usable passage and intended movement, then develop the external shape. For an inflatable entrance tunnel, show both the clear internal dimensions and the total installed area, including equipment, fixing zones and access around the structure.

A custom inflatable sports tunnel should reflect who will pass through it, their equipment and the planned entry sequence. Have the venue and event operations team assess circulation, accessibility, emergency arrangements and a contingency route if the tunnel is unavailable. A nominal outside width or an attractive rendering cannot establish suitable passage capacity.

An inflatable mascot tunnel can combine a team character with an entrance, but facial features and sculpted limbs may constrain the opening. A custom inflatable helmet tunnel presents the same need to resolve decorative geometry against clear passage. Request a dimensioned drawing from more than one view so the brand team and operations team approve the same design.

Keep graphics, equipment and responsibilities aligned

For an inflatable tunnel with logo, identify the priority approach views and sponsor hierarchy. Ask where seams, curves and entrances interrupt graphics. Record artwork approval with the corresponding dimensioned design so a later shape change does not quietly reduce the opening or distort the sponsor mark.

The entrance tunnel product page can help frame a tunnel enquiry. It does not establish wearable costume or tent capabilities. Ask the supplier to distinguish included items from separately sourced equipment and to identify the site information needed before confirming a proposal.

Do not confuse a tunnel with an occupied tent

If the real requirement is a covered hospitality or demonstration area, an inflatable event tent manufacturer must evaluate that separate brief. An entrance-shaped product is not evidence of suitability as an occupied shelter. Describe intended occupancy, activities, site conditions and any connected equipment, then have the responsible venue team establish the applicable review and approval requirements.

Keep this comparison open to different suppliers when necessary. A single visual theme does not require one supplier to provide every format, and a common logo does not make operating requirements interchangeable. Treat any tent discussion as a capability enquiry rather than a claim that InflatCraft supplies tents.

Agree the quotation and site handover

Send the supplier a marked layout showing the proposed structure, approach route and surrounding activities. Include the destination, required on-site date, quantity and the venue review process. Ask which dimensions and installation assumptions must be settled before production, and identify who will review the final proposal for operations.

Compare like-for-like quotations with the structure, equipment, packing, freight and site services listed separately. Record what the organiser must supply and who is responsible for setup, daily checks and removal. Request the instructions applicable to the exact configuration, including operating restrictions and what to do when the installation cannot remain in service.

Keep changes under review

A revised mascot face, larger sponsor panel or different entrance position can affect both appearance and passage geometry. Reissue the drawing when those details change, and seek the relevant venue review again where necessary. Before ordering, reconcile the approved layout, artwork and quotation so procurement and the installation team are working from the same version.
