Specification Reference

Custom inflatable specifications

The reference figures used across InflatCraft product pages and buyer guides: size ranges, material specifications, electric pump performance and the conditions lead time depends on. Final specifications are confirmed per project in the quotation.

Capabilities

  • Manufacturer of custom advertising inflatables
  • Large-format custom inflatable structures
  • Multi-material construction in PVC and PVC mesh
  • Customisation of size, logo placement, anchor points and air valves

Size

How large can a custom inflatable be?

Size follows the product category and the installation, not a catalogue. Spheres have a published range; shaped structures are sized to the venue they go into.

Size ranges

CategoryRangeNotes
Inflatable spheres and balls30 cm to 5–6 m diameterSmall hand-held spheres through to large suspended and ground-mounted balls. The workable range narrows once print detail, lighting or suspension is added.
Arches, mascots, replicas and custom shapesDefined per product categorySized against the venue opening, sight lines and transport limits rather than a catalogue size. Send the target dimensions and the constraint that drives them.

Materials

Which material suits which structure?

Material thickness is chosen by what the structure has to do — span, carry load, or stand in sustained wind — rather than set once for every project.

0.5 / 0.6 / 0.7 mm PVC meshEngineered structuresSpecified where the structure carries load, spans further, or faces sustained wind exposure.

Air systems

Which electric pump does it need?

Two electric pumps are specified, each with measured airflow and pressure. The right one depends on the structure, the setting and how long it stays inflated.

Air system specifications

PumpAirflowPressureSuits
650 W electric pump1,600–2,000 L/min2.0 psiSmaller spheres, compact displays and short-duration indoor installations
1600 W electric pump4,800–5,200 L/min4.5 psiLarge-format structures, arches and continuously inflated outdoor displays

Both pumps cover 110–240 V at 50–60 Hz, so the same air system suits 110 V and 220–240 V markets. Confirm the plug type for the destination country.

Lead time

How long does production take?

Lead time is given as a range with the conditions it depends on. It is fixed per project once the brief is complete, never promised in advance.

Lead time

  • Typical: Around 7–14 days for most custom projects
  • Can be shorter: Simple SKUs and repeat bulk production can run shorter
  • Lead time is confirmed per project once artwork, size, quantity and destination are fixed. Treat any figure quoted before that as indicative.
