Choose the inflatable format for your brief

Large ground-supported inflatable sphere with printed brand-style graphics and visible fabric seams.

Ground-supported spheres & brand globes

Specify diameter, graphic alignment and support method. This illustrated sphere is a grounded air-filled display, not a demonstration of helium lift or an overhead installation.

Logo signs, brand names, letters & numbers

Build the brief around the complete word or number set, not letter height alone. Approve spacing, readable openings, colour references and the combined footprint.

Static mascot, animal & character displays

Use a character sheet to define face, ears, paws and tail. Identify the hero viewing angle and the floor area; this is a stationary photo-point brief, not a walking costume.

Procurement decisions for Thailand

Choose the display method before the finish

Separate floor-supported spheres, suspended decorations and any proposed floating display. A reflective surface does not establish helium suitability. Ask for the construction and support method for each size; a suspended sphere needs an approved venue rigging plan.

Use a diameter and quantity schedule

List each requested diameter, finish and quantity separately rather than ordering a mixed set by photograph. Identify which items must look fully round, which have visible fittings, and the viewing distance. Ask for photographs of the proposed material and seams before approving a sample.

Approve rings and attachment locations at the factory

Mark the required attachment points on the drawing before production. Confirm whether a ring-free appearance is compatible with the intended support method. Do not remove structural fittings yourself or hang a product from an unapproved point; the venueโ€™s competent rigging lead must review suspended installations.

Sample finish and inflation equipment together

Compare silver, transparent or other proposed finishes using a sample under the intended lighting. Confirm the correct inflation equipment, valve connection, instructions and repair-kit scope for the exact construction. A pump supplied for one size is not automatically suitable for every product.

Document the room layout and public separation

Send the ceiling height, floor plan, access routes and whether the installation is indoors. Record which pieces are on the floor and which are suspended. Ask the responsible installer to define clearances, inspection and safe removal, rather than treating a decoration sketch as a rigging design.

Delivery to Thailand and sample approval

Provide the final delivery address separately from any freight-forwarder address, required arrival date and packing preferences. Agree sample approval and repeat-order specifications before scaling quantities. Confirm carrier acceptance, shipping terms and importer responsibilities; no fixed transit time is promised.

Thailand buyer questions

Are reflective spheres suitable for helium?

Not by appearance alone. Helium use requires a separate feasibility review for the exact construction, volume, mass and operating conditions. Do not substitute a decorative air-filled sphere.

Can I order spheres without visible rings?

Ask for the proposed factory configuration and confirm how it will be supported. A ring-free finish is not approval to suspend the item, and fittings should not be removed after delivery without manufacturer approval.

Should I sample the finish first?

Yes, define a sample review for colour, seams, reflections, fittings and inflation under the intended lighting before approving repeat quantities.

What belongs in a mixed-size quotation?

List diameter, quantity, finish, support method, attachment points, inflation equipment, packing and destination for each line item.

    AI Sourcing Guide

Use ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to build a cleaner RFQ before you send it to the factory.

AI works best when the brief is structured. This guide turns rough notes into a supplier-ready checklist, then sends you toward the RFQ form, factory verification, and the buyer questions that usually decide the quote.
