Specify complete sets rather than tubes alone

For a multi-stop motorsport promotion, list each tube, matching blower, attachment interface, packing item and agreed spare separately. If the brief requests four sets or a 4 m height, treat those as requirements to confirm, not a stocked configuration or performance claim.

Plan repeated setup and pack-down

Map each stop, setup window and responsible operator across the event. Request the approved start, stop, drying and packing instructions. Separate wet equipment from stored fabric and agree inspection checks before each reuse; do not assume repeated deployment is covered by a generic durability claim.

Check white lettering against the actual fabric

Send a vector logo and specify the background colour, viewing direction and intended reading distance. Ask for a print proof and, where needed, a material sample under event lighting. White text placement and contrast should be approved before the order is released.

Confirm blower, power and attachment compatibility

Record the exact blower and tube inlet or fastening arrangement. Ask for supply voltage, frequency, plug and equipment instructions, then have the event’s competent electrical lead review each site. Do not improvise adapters or assume the same plug makes all blowers interchangeable.

Assign spares and transport labels

Identify which kit belongs to which event station. Agree labelled bags, packing dimensions, drying arrangements and replacement-tube compatibility. Document which spare items are included in the price and who can authorise a replacement.

Agree a seven-day schedule without promising runtime

If the campaign lasts seven days, record daily operating windows and travel days separately. This is a scheduling input, not a seven-day continuous-operation rating. Confirm site restrictions, operating limits and shutdown responsibilities before the equipment is used.
