Logo signs, brand names, letters & numbers

Build the brief around the complete word or number set, not letter height alone. Approve spacing, readable openings, colour references and the combined footprint.

Procurement decisions for Poland

Clear opening is not overall size

Specify the usable passage separately from the outside dimensions and tube width. If your brief calls for a 4 m wide ร— 3 m high clear opening, label it as a requested opening, not a catalogue specification. Ask for a dimensioned drawing showing feet, support area and the unobstructed route.

A sponsor-panel decision before artwork approval

Decide whether branding is permanently printed or uses removable panels. Mark each panel location, attachment area, replacement artwork and fit tolerance in the drawing. Confirm whether the attachment system is included; a concept image does not establish that it is. Record a change to a plain printed arch before production.

Artwork templates and START / META lettering

Send vector logos where available and ask which file formats and colour references are accepted. Request the production template, readable START / META placement and a versioned proof. Approve front, back and side views together; an attractive mockup is not a dimensional acceptance drawing.

Blower and timing-area coordination

Ask whether the proposed blower is internal or external and obtain the actual electrical data. Check the available supply, cable route, weather exposure and safe shutdown plan with the event team. Keep support ropes and equipment outside the clear passage.

Separate quote, payment and release milestones

Ask for itemised arch, optional panels, blower, packing and freight costs. Agree the payment method and any deposit or balance milestones in the written order; this page does not offer a fixed payment split. State which drawing, inspection evidence and packing list must be approved before shipment.

Arrival in Poland and event acceptance

Provide the delivery postcode, access restrictions, required arrival date and event date. Confirm the importer responsibilities and shipping terms with the supplier and broker. Before use, review the exact venue, restraint plan, operating limits and route closure procedure; do not infer a delivery or certification guarantee from this guide.

Poland buyer questions

Is a 4 ร— 3 m arch measurement the clear opening?

Only if the drawing explicitly says so. State required internal width and height separately from external dimensions and leg width. The example is a buyer requirement, not an InflatCraft standard size.

Can sponsor panels be replaced between events?

Request this feature explicitly and agree panel dimensions, positions and attachment details. Do not assume removable panels are included in a printed arch quotation.

Which artwork should be approved?

Approve the production template, vector logo placement, colour references and front/back wording against a versioned dimensional drawing.

What payment terms apply?

Payment terms are agreed in the written quotation and order. Ask when payments, design approval, inspection and shipment release occur; no standard deposit percentage is promised here.

    AI Sourcing Guide

Use ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to build a cleaner RFQ before you send it to the factory.

AI works best when the brief is structured. This guide turns rough notes into a supplier-ready checklist, then sends you toward the RFQ form, factory verification, and the buyer questions that usually decide the quote.
