Venue and Permit Requirements for Inflatables in Spain
Autonomous community, municipal, fire and event-permit rules apply, and they are confirmed for the specific site. Venues often cite UNE-EN 13773 or another fire class set by the project. The manufacturer's contribution is product information: a scaled drawing with inflated dimensions and footprint, the material specification, the blower's electrical details, and the anchoring or ballasting arrangement. Ask the organiser for the document list before production starts.

Spain is the market where a national answer is least useful. What applies in one autonomous community is not automatically what applies in the next, and the municipal layer sits on top of that. The reliable question to the organiser is which authority they are submitting to and what they need from the supplier.
Fire class, before the material is cut
Fire behaviour is a property of the material, so a requirement that arrives after production has started is a rebuild rather than an amendment. Send the venue's wording verbatim; the standard it names is the specification.
Whether the project works to UNE-EN 13773 or to another class is a decision the venue or the organiser makes, not one the supplier can assume.
Sun, heat and salt air
Summer heat and sun exposure are intense inland and in the south, while coastal sites add wind and salt air. That is a specification input, not a comfort note: 0.5 / 0.6 / 0.7 mm PVC mesh is used where a structure faces sustained exposure, and a coastal site adds wind and salt to the same calculation.
Say how long the piece will stand, whether it is shaded, and whether the site is coastal. Those three answers change the material and the fixing.
The blower and the site
The blower is electrical equipment and the venue's rules normally cover it. Both the 650 W electric pump and the 1600 W electric pump run on 110–240 V, 50–60 Hz, and the plug type for the destination is confirmed on the order.
Cable runs across a public walkway are usually specified by the venue, so the covers travel with the piece rather than being found on site.
What the supplier provides
A scaled drawing with inflated dimensions and footprint, the material specification, the blower's electrical details, and the anchoring arrangement. The licence application, the risk assessment and the insurance are the organiser's documents.
No fixed wind speed is published for these products, because no tested, model-specific limit exists. The anchoring and shutdown plan is site-specific and approved by the organiser.

Both pumps cover 110–240 V at 50–60 Hz, so the same air system suits 110 V and 220–240 V markets. Confirm the plug type for the destination country.
